DIRMS. A friend of mine mentioned this to me a month or two ago, I tried it out, and I've been very pleased. I don't even harness it to its full potential, as there are many command line arugments that will do different things, but its standard defrag does a great job. Sorta one of those set it and forget type things; depending on the size and how fragmented your drive is, it can take a while. And from what the website says, it does look like it can gather up the free space and place it at the end of the drive, but don't hold me to that. I just tried downloading it again, and I didn't see any sort of donation request or anything of the sort, so it's free as far as I can tell.
But now may be you need a license.
