Sysinternal's CONTIG
I uses Sysinternal's CONTIG to defrag. I found a GUI frontend called Power Defragmeter for CONTIG by eXcessive Software. Power Defragmenter/CONTIG will defrag just one file or entire drives. You can also elect to run the Windows defrag after making sure all files are contiguous. I'm not sure if this process will gather all the free space at the end of the drive, however.
DIRMS
DIRMS. A friend of mine mentioned this to me a month or two ago, I tried it out, and I've been very pleased. I don't even harness it to its full potential, as there are many command line arugments that will do different things, but its standard defrag does a great job. Sorta one of those set it and forget type things; depending on the size and how fragmented your drive is, it can take a while. And from what the website says, it does look like it can gather up the free space and place it at the end of the drive, but don't hold me to that. I just tried downloading it again, and I didn't see any sort of donation request or anything of the sort, so it's free as far as I can tell.
But now may be you need a license.

Diskeeper
I personally use Diskeeper (http://www.diskeeper.com) which, due to the massive option set and idle-defragmentation, I find to be worth the price. Explicit free-space consolidation is a pro and up feature, unfortunately.
I suggests diskeeper defrag (www.diskeeper.com) to my clients, as it was created by the same company that actually built the defrag that comes with windows and defrags automatically. In fact, diskeeper corp created the API that most other defrag softwares use to defrag windows.

O&O Defrag Professional
I use O&O Defrag Professional and I find it to be pretty good. There are five different defrag modes that arrange all your data differently. I think two of them arrange them so that all of the space is at the end of your drive. It's not freeware (currently a one off payment of $44.95), but it's the best defrag tool I've come across. It's definitely the most efficient defrag tool I've used (and I've used many).

Windows Defrag Tools
Many people do not like to use windows defrag tools. The Windows defrag tool does a decent job but not a good job. Many people are looking for a defrag tool that will not only defrag my hard drive, but also gather the free space at the end of the drive.

What is Defragmentation
Defragmentation of a hard drive will improve a computers performance. It will also (in theory) increase the reliability of a hard drive.
A file is fragmented if the entire file is not located in the same location on the hard drive. When a file is fragmented, the computer must search for each fragment separately. Large files can have hundreds or thousands of fragments.
